A Brief History of RENEW

RENEW did not start off as a profit making venture. RENEW began with two groups of experienced landlords with large enough portfolios to combine and manage internally. The owners made this decision when between them they had tried nearly all area property management options and found them lacking. They found that most places just wanted to fill rentals quickly and forget about them. They found that their properties were being neglected, tenants were not being adequately screened nor held accountable, and rents were not reaching market potential. Neither of these owners wanted to manage their own rentals, much less for anyone else, but they found it was now essential. They carefully selected a team of like-minded professionals to manage these rentals. Over time, more and more owners wanted the same management experience for their own properties. At that point, RENEW brought on a property manager and opened their door to outside owners. In one year, the business tripled. RENEW's modern, technology driven approach to marketing and management has made them a trend-setter in the property management arena. It is a place owners and tenants can come for a great experience. RENEW has set the bar high and they have been able to do this by starting with the mindset of a property owner, not just a management agency. The owners of RENEW each have at least a Bachelor's degree and over 20 years of individual real estate experience. All of the owners own large rental portfolios, as well as being involved in new construction, renovation and lending.
